Joshua Luff

Joshua is a seasoned security professional and ministry leader with a unique background that combines both law enforcement experience and pastoral care. He has served as a reserve police officer, worked in private and executive security, and has developed, trained, and led church security teams across the country.

Previously, Joshua spent eight years as a youth pastor and also served as a pastoral assistant, which provided him with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and responsibilities inherent in ministry environments.

With a strong passion for safeguarding individuals, particularly in places of worship, Joshua is dedicated to the principles of prevention and preparation. He trains teams to de-escalate situations whenever possible, while also ensuring they are fully equipped to protect families, children, and congregations in any circumstance. He is a firearms instructor, certified by the NRA
